Beta Upsilon Sigma's Board of Directors consists of a President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasure, and Pledge Chair. The responsibilities of the Board of Directors includes establishing corporate policy and governing the membership of the fraternity, preparing the agenda for all official fraternity events, representing the fraternity at all official functions, managing the fraternity's finances and appropriate funds as necessary, and executing the specific tasks assigned to each Board of Director position.
